The latest wave of Skills Bootcamps in Lancashire have been launched. A huge range of courses are available with the vast majority meeting LSIP priorities, delivered in a flexible way over a short period of time which employers have told us they want.
Skills Bootcamps are intensive and flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector specific skills and fast track to an interview with a local employer.
Designed with employers, participants will gain the in-demand skills to move into or progress in their chosen sector. Participants will be offered a GUARANTEED job interview upon completion.
Employers can either access new recruits following successful completion of the training, or they can upskill their own staff for a contribution – 10% for SMEs and 30% for large employers.
