Work Readiness Employers Workshop - morning session

Improving the work readiness (or employability skills) of people entering the workplace for the first time has been highlighted as a priority for Lancashire employers time and again.

The Chamber's LSIP team is working alongside the local Careers Hub and the Lancashire Skills & Employment Hub to help align the provision within schools with the needs of employers.

This workshop is an important session allowing employers to agree the language used with young people around the attributes and behaviours required in the workplace.

Arrivals from 9:30 with light refreshments in time for a workshop start of 10:00. Book your place below.
