Construction (Civil Engineering, Groundworks & Plant) Skills Cluster

The next meeting of the LSIP Construction (Civil Engineering, Groundworks & Plant) skills cluster will continue the collaboration between employers, providers, and key stakeholders. the group will discuss how to address the key skills & employment priorities of the sector as highlighted by employers through the Lancashire Local Skills Improvement Plan.

Following on from the launch in May, the cluster group will discuss some of the main areas brought up in the meetings including the need for improved upskilling and an aging workforce.

This group is for any employer engaged in any aspect of civil engineering, groundworks or plant operations.
